I have stayed for 7 consecutive weeks (!) at Gallery Palace hotel, so I think I am able to share some informed views :-) I loved every day of my stay there, for many reasons: - I asked for a quiet room not facing the street, which I could keep for the entire time. - When I was living there, the hotel was not fully booked out. Nevertheless, day in, day out I saw the cleaners wiping every corner of the hotel. It is flawlessly clean. - The hotel has a small but fine gym in the basement, which I made frequent use of (see photo). The available equipment there actually allowed me to do 80% of my regular exercises. - The rich breakfast was included in my rate, and options very nice. The best: It is served until 11am in the day, so sometimes when I went to gym late, I could still take breakfast shortly before 11am and nobody would complain. - Staff at reception, restaurant and house-keeping are extremely nice. Obviously the length of the stay had an impact here, but I ultimately felt like a family member :-) - Location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is located just behind Galleria Tbilisi and Freedom Square, but absolutely quiet. I could not think of a better location! The hotel is reasonable priced (I stayed during off-season in March/April). I also saw that refurbishment and modernization works have been going on in different areas of the hotel, which tells me the owners want to continue investing to make this place even better. The hotel is very good and due to its location, access to all places was easily possible. The treatment of the staff was good and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel reception staff are excellent and help travelers well.

Good location Comfortable rooms Decent staff Booking.com shared the wrong room details with the property, but the staff got us sorted out immediately. Probably the only inconvenience during the trip. Shoutout to Tamuna, Lasha & Alex for making our stay comfortable

The check-in was flawless and fast with very young welcoming staff that speak perfect English. The room was nice and comfortable including a big bathroom and an even bigger terrace, a good bed, and a table with a nice chair if you need to work. Metro, the main square, and the area where you have food and drinks at night are within a five-minute walking distance.

We mostly like the very nice staff! Everyone was super friendly and service minded. Especially receptionist Inna, who was super attentive and always ready to welcome guests with her positive and friendly behavior. Whenever we asked for help, she was there and performed 100% and even more. We could really feel that she wanted to provide the utmost good service to all guests and we feel like she made a big effort to make the hotel experience as nice as possible for all guests. All the other young people in the reception were also super nice and service minded indeed! But Inna just made an extraordinary good impression! We also liked the location very much! We could see that the hotel is super nice but there were some renovations going on, and we had some slight problems with cold/warm water in our room, but that was eventually fixed by the helpful personnel. All in all we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back :-)

The whole staff made sure to make my trip as comfortable as possible. I travelled with my 5 months old baby and I needed so many alterations/additions to room. Not even a single time I heard no from any of the staff. They dealt with us with open mind and helped always. 1st morning we were not able to make it to the breakfast as we had late night flight,they brought us whatever was available in the kitchen upon our waking up. I had to sterlize my baby's bottles everyday and the kitchen boy (Padri) was doing it everyday. All I had to do is to request him while finishing my breakfast and he would come whenever he could to sterlize baby's bottles. The place is at a very good location as well, we were able to find food of our choice nearby.

Very good value-for-money in the heart of Tbilisi. The location is extraordinary, you can reach all of the most important sights by foot.

the staff were very nice, the breakfast was enough with good choise of food, location was 3 minutes walk from the central square and main mall. the room was very big.

Great location, super helpful and friendly personal. I had no expectations for a view, but that balcony on the 5th floor, facing sunset in the mountains, was great
